These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website pureheartcares.com and the non-medical home-care services provided by Pure Heart Home Care Services LLC (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our” or “Pure Heart”). Our Services
Pure Heart provides non-medical home care, including personal care assistance, companion care, Alzheimer’s & dementia support, respite care, light housekeeping, post-surgery/hospital care, fall prevention and safety services, transportation and errand services, for seniors, veterans and adults with developmental disabilities within Broward County, Florida.
We offer scheduled care and hourly flexible care. Our caregivers are selected, trained and matched based on the unique needs of each client
Client Eligibility and Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to engage these services, and that you will provide accurate and complete information about your or your loved one’s condition, needs and living environment.
You agree to cooperate with Pure Heart’s caregiver team, to inform us promptly of changes in care needs or health status, and to follow any reasonable instructions we provide for safe delivery of care
Service Agreement, Scheduling and Changes
A service agreement will be provided outlining the scope of care, schedule, fees and terms. We reserve the right to adjust caregiver assignment, schedule or service plan as necessary to meet client needs, subject to advance notice where practicable.
You may request changes to your schedule in accordance with the terms of the service agreement. We ask for reasonable notice for modifications or cancellations. If you miss a scheduled session without notice, you may be charged in accordance with the service agreement.
No Medical/Nursing Services Disclaimer
Our services are strictly non-medical. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, medication administration or nursing care unless separately licensed to do so. You are responsible for ongoing supervision of any medical conditions and must ensure appropriate licensed professionals handle all medical tasks
Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any information you provide to us in connection with your care will be used only for the purpose of delivering services, billing, scheduling and communications unless you consent otherwise
Intellectual Property
The content of the website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software are the property of Pure Heart or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Heart and its affiliates, employees or agents are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim

While we endeavor to provide high-quality care and compassionate service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Factors beyond our control (including changes in health status, availability of caregivers, external events) may affect outcomes.
No refunds will be provided for services that have commenced unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
Service Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees set forth in the service agreement. Fees may be subject to change with notice. Late payments may incur charges or suspension of service. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms in your agreement
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and United States federal law as applicable. Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and indicate the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of services or the website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms
